Cross Brew is a DAMN FINE, rich, full-bodied coffee liqueur made from a darkly roasted blend of coffee, new make spirit, a little sugar and Scottish water.
It really is the sum of its parts and the purity of flavour will impress both coffee and liqueur lovers. It's the product of a shared love for coffee, spirits and design.
Cross Brew is a passion project developed by drinks industry legends Mike Aikman & Jas Scott (Bramble, Lucky Liquor, The Last Word), coffee and flavour expert Ericka Duffy (Empirical Spirits), and designer Dan Bartley (Poured to Death).
Tasting Notes
Nose – dark chocolate and cappuccino coffee
Palate – vanilla, caramel, rich dark roast coffee with a touch of smoke
Finish - Demerara sweetness and creamy espresso
