Mezcal is the product of Terroir - the earth, climate, biology and inherited techniques of a region. In the mountains and valleys of Oaxaca each region is distinct, giving mezcals unique local identities.

El Camino Del Pensador is the flavour of Miahuatlan: defined by the place, process and people of the communities which branch from the Calle Pensamientos - Thoughts Road. It is earthy, aromatic and mineral rich. Produced in tiny batches with great care, drinkers are encouraged to put the same time and consideration into each sip. Salud.

Especial

The Wild One. Our Especial is a limited series showcasing spirits produced from rare and wild agaves. Sourced from a variety of producers, employing a variety of techniques, each batch will display a different facet of Miahuatlán. They are unique, un-repeatable, and very exciting.

PA1 comes from Felipe and Ageo Cortes - a father son team who distil in a refrescador still, meaning 1 shot distillation in a water cooled alembic. Their Tepextate is an umami bomb with notes of green pepper, fresh coriander, Jalepeno and seaweed. A clean and fresh palate with a long and constantly evolving finish. It's a phenomenal spirit, one to expand your understanding of what a mezcal can be.
